Meet the Owners:
We are Rachael and Brad, the founders of Gulf to Mountain Land Holdings. We are both Florida transplants, Brad being from Chicago and Rachael from Northern California. We have fallen in love with the South East region and are excited to share all of the hidden gems in this area.
We are no strangers to the entrepreneurial lifestyle. Our passion for health and fitness lead us to open our own Gym and Wellness Studio which we have owned and operated for the last 6 years. As small business owners we understand the importance of providing the absolute best service to our customers with clear and timely communication. We have built a strong local community and have earned a reputation of being friendly, knowledgable and professional!
That being said, as small business owners we know that it can be difficult acquiring a conventional bank loan without the average 9-5 job. This contributed to our passion for buying and selling land; to create opportunities for individuals that fall outside the norm and are looking for creative solutions!
When we aren’t working you can find us with our two kids, three dogs and a cat! We are avid health and outdoor enthusiasts so we are often outside doing something active. We love camping, road tripping, and traveling to see family but we also love to stay close to home for pool days, boat days or out by the beach. That’s the reason we moved here!
